2014 T.H.E. SHOW
We would like to thank all who came to visit us at the 2014 home entertainment show in Newport. We were awarded the gold show award for best sound at the show from AVshowroom! This year we exhibited three brand new products in two rooms 316 & 318.
In room 316 we exhibited our analog system introducing our brand new Motif Phonostage. Our analog system featured our Signature 50 integrated amplifier that has 50 watts per channel with an astonishing power supply of 376,000F(.376F), PRS-2 two way loudspeaker with our custom solid aluminum stands and KESH cables including speaker cables, interconnects & power cables. The Motif allowed us to successfully demonstrate our strong passion for analog, delivering familiar recordings to many listeners with new rare detail and realism.
In room 318 we exhibited our digital system introducing the Composer-USB D/A converter, featured along with the Signature 50 integrated amplifier, PRS-2B, SB400-Subwoofer and KESH cables. Our focus with the Composer was to deliver new levels of clarity and realism to the standard Redbook (44.1/16bit). This special component is a simple USB connection D/A converter that doesn't require intricate & difficult programming or any special settings. Also introduced was our high quality cable lifters! These cable lifters are CNC machined from solid billet aluminum and because of their physical mass they provide a small measure of resonance damping, perfect for tweaking your system. We are pleased to say that many audiophiles thoroughly enjoyed both the Motif & Composer at this year's Newport Show.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Richard Beers for his support and hospitality! Also to (Robert Harley-Editor-and-Chief from Absolute Sound, Jason Victor Serinous-Stereophile Magazine, Peter Breuninger-CEO/AVshowrooms, Scott Hull-Reporter/Confessions of part time audiophile, and many others for giving us their valuable time and feedback.
Perla Audio celebrates its debut at the 16th annual home entertainment show in Las Vegas. We would like to start by thanking everybody who came to visit us at this year’s show. We received lots of positive feedback from attendee’s, buyer’s, press, magazine editors, dealers and industry affiliates. This year we had a wonderful success thanks to Richard Beers and the team at T.H.E show, their support and hospitality was astounding, thanks everybody! During the lunch buffets we had the opportunity to listen to a great performance by the world famous Larry Mitchell on the main exhibit floor, What a wonderful performance!
Robert Harley editor-in-chief of The Absolute Sound was signing the first copies of “The Illustrated History of High End Audio “, this book was definitely worth the money! It had lots of history for the high-end audio industry, a must have for any audiophile. After the book signing we received a visit from Mr. Harley, and offered him a private demonstration.
“The system from Perla Audio was impressive, with a smooth tonal balance, natural dynamics, and absolutely spectacular imaging. Instrumental and vocal images had a rare tangibility and vividness, existing in space completely detached from the loudspeakers.” -Robert Harley, The Absolute Sound.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Robert Harley for giving us his Valuable time and positive feedback!
