Do you ship internationally?
Many foreign countries have their own standards and import certification requirements on: product standards, certification requirements, electricity regulations, packaging and recycling laws and quality expectations. What forms of payment do you accept?
When purchasing product from us we will collect certain personal information to identify you, protect against fraud, and secure payment. How are shipping charges calculated?
Customers should know that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) are very likely to occur, depending on region and law. These charges are at the customer’s expense. Nevada customers can expect to be charged their country & state tax rate. If Perla Audio’s policies are held by a court to be unenforceable, the policy in question shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best suits the intent of the policy so the policy’s intent shall remain in effect.
When should I expect the product to arrive from the date of purchase?
Our custom products take 6-8 weeks, this is due to machining time, hand assembling & soldering of our boards and the units burn in time, ensuring a quality product. Customers will receive two emails or notifications. What warranty do you offer?
Perla Audio warrants its products for 5 years from the date of purchase to be free of all manufacturing defects and workmanship. All defective products are sent to our repair center in Victorville, CA, serviced by a certified Perla Audio technician. Each product goes through a (10) point inspection. How is the product packaged?
Our products are packaged in heavy duty double walled boxes, rated for 275lbs. Each product has custom cut charcoal foam precisely fit for each individual product. All boxes are sealed with properly weight rated packaging tape. Our packages meet all the requirements set by International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), packages are also all burst Strength of Edge Crush Test (ECT) certified boxes. Product accessories ( hand set remote, cables, manuals, grills, microfiber cloth etc., are protected by custom packaging.
